Our warranty is subject to the following conditions:
a) You must have purchased the 12-month Extended Warranty directly from us. (Proof of purchase will be required. It can be the original email confirmation of the Extended Warranty purchase).
b) If your product has a defect due to a production failure from the manufacturer.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
a) Improper care, misuse, or accidental damage to the product.
b) Force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.
c) Any repair work done by an unauthorized third party.
d) Damage due to the use of other devices with our products.
e) Third-party products.
Parts included in this warranty:
a) Control Panel
b) Power Supply
Replacement:
The Customer will need to send a short video showing the problem to support@theoptimumdetox.com. The video must show the product, with all parts attached and the power supply plugged into the outlet.
Our Technical Department will analyze the issue and will determine if the product is eligible for a replacement under this policy. In some special cases, our Technical Department can also ask the customer to send the defective product for further inspection.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, our warehouse will send a replacement product to the customer within 10 days.
This warranty does not affect and is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under United States Law.
